I was in the mood for gym today evetho its sunday! yeaaah! thats a good job well done...hehe! I reached at the gym around 1pm, go to the locker to simpan my stuff then I hit the treadmill..I set the distance for 10km..but I only did 6km! Im so pissed, sangaat sangaaaat pissed! I had to stoped because my leg balls was killing me! I could go for another 4km! baaah! my time was 45m7sec for 6.07km..That is my first record to do 6km non-stop..hebat tak? muahahaha..
Then After cardio training since my leg balls is very not working together with me, I did some abs crunch..haa, after that cannot feel my abs already..I did 6sets, 50reps each..Then I did triceps push up, did 3sets 15reps each..
Then I felt bored that is when I decided to join Line Dance. This is the first time I joined line dance. And I did well for a first timer! itu the instuctor ckp laaa..hahaha! There was only 4 of us in the studio! I was very suprise. but it was ok la. sng faham the steps and there is plenty of room for me to move.. kalau tidak pusing sikit je langar org! The step was fun..I will join line dance more often! heheheehe..
Then i got a pujian from sue one of the personal trainer there. she said..lawa la kaki..panjang! then she grab my thigh, she added keras pulak tu..kalau u pegang kaki org lain,semua gelebeh je.. then i grab her thigh and my thigh ( trying to make the difference ) our thigh feel the same laa, then she said..keras la tu! All i can do is smile..haha! tak pernah terima pujian mcm tu..so i cant really say anything..muahahahah!

a dozen rambutan

I didnt eat lunch because i was at the gym
Tea Time
1 roti boy tuna sandwich
1 mug fruit tea & 2 packs of sugar
Dinner
2 pcs bread with a slice of cheese
