Yesterday I did Chin Lai yoga class.
Everyone knows his class is the you-will-feel-the-pain-the-next-morning class.
Stretching gila2 punya.
My tricep and my shoulder is very2 heavy this morning.
I can't barely lift my hands up.
And yet today I went to MC yoga class.
In that class I seriously feel like, nooo.. I dont wanna do yoga anymore!! It was very painful I tell youuu!!
My quads is killing me!!
They say when you do too much Yoga/Body Balance,
instead of being flexible, you'll get sore muscles
I am very sure I will experience body sore after my sleep.
Ohh help!
