Dance To Tambourine?

My previous blog (I Really Dig This) dance chreo to Ciara Feat 50 Cent Can't Leave Em Alone is pretty easy to copy and only took me roughly 10minutes.

And this blog is the same person who this time doing chreo to Tambourine by Eve. But I am not very looking foward to do this chreo. Anyways, enjoy!






Corrupted Mind

I didn't have the time to update my blog yesterday because I was knocked out and stike down. I was freekishly tired.

On tuesday, I slept very late and on wednesday I have to get up early for my driving lesson around 9am. I couldn't barely even open my eyes and end up waking up late. I woke up 5 minutes before 9am. So, I had to shower very, very fast. And rush downstairs because Mr. Yap already started to honk.

I couldn't really tell you guys how I did on yesterday driving lesson because I totally forgot. Hehehe! ;-)

Later that evening. I went to gym. Haa! Yesterday I did my work out at Summit. The place is quite impressing comparing to Consplant. They have their own cycling studio and new bike, which I taste for the first time yesterday in RPM class. Got disco light some more! Hehehe.

I only did 3 classes.(Body Pump, Body Step & Rpm) I wanted to do one more class but they only got Body Attack in the main studio and Tai Chi at 2nd studio. I sign up for Body Attack but didn't really went into the sudio. Hahhaa. I wasn't in the mood to do Body Attack so much laah :D

Remember I wrote that I was freekishly tired? Ohhhh yes! I am still very, very tired now. I slept late yesterday because I was waiting for my brother to go to SS2. But I end up waiting untill 12+am and got knocked on my bed. Melepass laaah nak pegi SS2. Iskkk...

And today I got my driving lesson again. At 8am!! Arghh..I eventually woke up late again ;p I told you I am still very very tired kaan? I woke up 15 minutes before 8am. Hey..,it is better than yesterday kan? Hehehe. I shower peacefully and wear my cloths heavenly and go downstairs slowly :D

My driving today is pathetic. I didn't get to control the clucth the way I should and went like boom, boom, boom. But the engine didn't died la ;) its just not a smooth sailing car ride I tell youu. Hahaha. But it was fun. Today I went to the big road and I practicly go very fast. Yeaaay. But my mentor scolded me to not go very fast lah. Hehehe.

Other than that, I did a U-turn and failed. He had to helped me to turn the stering. That is the reason why I said my driving today is pathetic. With all the mistake on the clutch and the stering. Fuhhh, hopefully I will do better tomorrow.

What A Day

I just found out that the new release for all the Group-X classes is on 11th jun!

For your information, that is when my course start! Arghhhh..Frust nye!

They will do the same new release for 2/3weeks. But, it won't be the same if I am not among the first group to feel the new release. Hadoiii. Tak best nyeee!

Hopefully I can manage to feel the new release pun dah cukup laa. =(

Today I did four classes. Muahahaha! q= D For this month, today is a historical day for me. Because today is the first time I did four classes for this month. Hehe.

Body Step, Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Step again.

The reason why I joined Body Combat today is because RPM was a full house. And so Body Combat was the only thing that fit my time. I wanted to do cardio but the lazyness in me is to damn high. Hahaha. (Group-X and doing cardio is a diff thing ok! Hehe)

Body Pump class for me today is abit hard. My muscles didn't get enough rest from yesterday Body Pump and when I did all of the tracks, it was a very painful and a long journey I tell youu. Sakittt sgt!

Other than that, the other classes went well ;)

Weight Training

I didn't do any weight training for 8days from 20/5 until 27/5 and yesterday is the day I step up my game. Hehe.

I went for Body Pump class!! Woohoooo!! I felt good after 8 days I didn't really do any weight training. Fuhhh! The feeling is totally diff! :D But the bestest thing after I did Body Pump is, I don't feel fat anymore. Muahahha.

It is 3:26am on my computer watch and I seriously really need to rest. So, today...Body Pump here I come! q= D

I knew them trough Myspace. We posted mail together back then with one of the members. Now, I don't know what happened to them already.

Driving Lessons

Today is the first day for my first driving lessons. It went well. Yes, the engine went dead three times on me. But other than that, it went pretty well.

At first, I couldnt handle the movement for the steering wheel and also the clutch. But then after a few minutes, It went smooth it selfs.

I did 2 hours today and another 14 hours to go. Yes, I am taking 16 hours class. My second driving lesson with my mentor is on wednesday around 9am.

I actually woke up at 730am today and manage to get at my driving center before 8am. When I reached there, they haven't really open their center yet! Kalau tak dah lame aku pi mkn roti canai! And could you guess what time did they open their center? 830am u knoww! Haihh. Call kate kul 8! But then they end up being late. Haiyyaaa!

CLIMB WITH PRIDE-ACONCAGUA 2007



I was bored so I decided to watch Climb With Pride at Astro Ria for the second time.

I don't know why, but I really liked to watched they climb the mountains and jungle tracking at the same time.

I felt very adventurous just watching that show and really makes me want to try those kind of stuff. Hopefully one day I will reach the summit of Mount Kinabalu just like them! :)



I really respect Rene'e who suffer from breast cancer before and got the guts to climb the mountain after she recover.

She is an inspiration to all and to me too.

Felt Good

I manage to spare some time yesterday to go jogging with my mother.

Ohhhhh! It felt good running on the road again! Sebelum nie...,gym..gym..gym je.

We went jogging around the hilly road at SS18. I only did 2 rounds.

The first round, I didnt manage to handle my breath all together. I was breathing so hardly to climb the hilly road. Ya laah! Bukit tinggi taau! Then when I reached at the top I got all my breath together.

The second round, again..Short breath! Then reached the top I was ok..But..,it seriously felt good! :) Then we went back walking.

My mom only did one round because she was walking. I did two because I was running like a chetah! Muahahaa.

I don't know why...But I am into Dance lately! I feel free and the mood just fit right in. It is very hard to explain in words. If you can feel the way I feel when I am dancing...Wow! It is so amazing. Maybe I am having a bad day and I guess dancing is the way to let it all out..

And nowdays..,I know this may sounds very strange but I wouldn't missed any single of Body Jam or Line Dance classes..Learning new cherograph makes me want to learn more and more new cherograph!

And plus when I am bored I'll go to YouTube.com and find any dance movement to look at! And also to lesmills.com! lesmills.com maybe sound strange but its true! God...I don't know how to say this..,but I think I am addicted to dancing! ;)

The Holiday 19-23May

All I do is eat, eat....,and EAT again!! The whole diet is ruin and I am gain 5more kilos kot! daaaamn! =(
Okaaaay..That Is because that house is cooking 24/7 I mean like 7-11 shops..Masak....., masak, Masaaaaak je! Pau lah, nasik lah, keropok lekor lah, french fries lah..Everything laaah senang cite!
The good part is....,

The holiday was GREAT!!!! Wooohoooo ;D I really enjoyed it so much..Abit tired myself but....,It was fun!! =D Really really fun! Its good to have a relatives who lives outside KL..Hehehhee!

So we perap the ayam dkat ruamh Abg rahim (our cousin) we mix tost and turn dkat rumah die la..

We also invited them to come to the house to have a bbq with us..

Day3 I wasnt really In the mood..mmg moody sikit..Don't know why..Tu yg tak tangkap picture tu..ehe

Ayam, hot dogs, ikan, sotong & udang.. Ayam paling byk la! and the house were pack with family and friends..

Day4

We went to megamall and kuantan parade and also the whole kuantan.. Nothing much lah day 4..I was tired from all those walking and the heat was unbeliveble!

Day 5

Balik laaaa..Apa lagi! hehhehe

I learn alot of our family history just being there for only 5 days..

This last day we talk about who is our grand parents.. It was fun to know where we are from and what we represent..

Yesterday I went to Midvalley to hunt for Adidas shops..Yes, I did went into all of the Adidas shop in Midvalley..

Ohhhhhh yes, I also found the thing I wanted..But it wasnt cheap! And there is some of them are cheap...,but I wasnt really interested on that...Hahhh! Kene kumpul duit just to buy one thing..

Hell yes I am very sad because I went to midvalley and return home with empty handed! Baaaah!

Two things happened when I was at midvalley..

1. There was a negro wanted to know me..

The story begun..., I was looking at the map to find any sports shop while my brother and his friends was buying shoes for themselvs..Then...,A black guy approch me and he said "Hello, How are you?" That was the funniest momment lah! Am I attractive or what? Muahahah!

How did I respond to it? You don't want to know..Hahaha!


2. There was a girl asking me a hot question!

"Are you interested to become a model?" Ohmigod! For only 3hours I've been there, alot of things can happend eyy? So I rejected the invitation because I was in a hurry.. I would say yes to it but seriously....., I was in a hurry! Alaaa..That modeling thing maybe could be a scam or something..So I am not really into it...And again....,Am I attractive or whaaaat? Hahahahha! Perasan nye....

Ah, you have youth, and therefore energy and enthusiasm on your side. Iapplaud your taking the right steps towards a healthier lifestyle. We haveso many friends that have lost tons of weight in our group. Here are somepointers (in no order) to lead you to your goals.

1. You're right in watching your diet. Cut out the fatty food and lots andlots of people have found taking oats to be really effective in managingweight. However, don't go on a diet ie skipping meals. Once you get on aconsistent exercise program, your weight will come down naturally. Onceyou're lighter you will become fitter and faster naturally!

2. The reason I asked about the iPod is because in case you run outdoorsalone, don't wear them as they're security risks. 3. I suggest you start with running 3 times a week at an easy pace.Concentrate on aerobic exercises for now. Aerobic means intensity that arecomfortable and designed to improve your endurance. So don't lift too muchweights, just work out your lungs.

4. Entering a race is a great way to put into perspective all the hard workyou've done. Perhaps you can target and train for the Subang Jaya 10K (July1st). Get comfortable running 3 times a week for 2 weeks. Then try out a 5Kmaybe in a measured route like a track or on the treadmill (not thataccurate) and see your timing. We can go from there to develop your plan.How far or long (in minutes) have your run before? Are you comfortablecovering that distance/time?

5. Shoes are very important. I can write a whole article on them. Be sure towear RUNNING SHOES and not any other types when you run. If you know thebrand/model of the present pair you're wearing, you can let me know. Myguess is that you'll need a stability model to provide some support andcushioning. There are some New Balance or Nike models that suit women prettywell.Let me know if you need more info or after trying out a 3-day run plan for aweek.

1. I've been cutting fatty foods and eating porridge for past few weeks and there is one day in each week where I called it "cheat day" to eat whatever I want. But when Im outside the house, It is hard for me to find food that is healthy. All the food is oily and pretty much unhealthy. When Im out with my friends, Mcd/Kfc/Pizza Hut is the place and at night we also eat unhealty food like, satay, roti canai, nasi goreng, chicken wings and etc. So for me,It is very hard to control myself from those type of food.

2. I just visited www.steverunner.com but I am not sure which one to download because there is alot of vids there. Any idea which one is the best?

3. I dont really lift too much weights. Each week I am at the gym, I will oin a Body Pump class 3 times/week. But basicly I joined alot of aerobic class.

4. I was looking foward to join SJ10K this year but dont really know the date and now I already know the date and I still got 2months for me to train I guess. My best time so far on a treadmill is 45m7sec for 6.07km. Is that good or bad? I could go more than that at that time but my toes was killing me.

5. I am wearing a pair of adidas running shoes. adiPRENE. I attach a picture of it.

I can understand about how difficult it is to find healthy food out there.But if you eat healthily in small portions over more times of the day,chances are you'll snack less. It takes discipline and time to correct theeating habits especially when out with friends but try to limit yourself.

You can download any of the podcasts in the Archive section but you may want to download "Why I Run" first.

The SJ10K form is out on Star papers and I've also posted the scanned copy to the Runnersmalaysia Events page

The shoes you're wearing are running shoes. If you like it and have cause you no problems, stick with it. Check if the size is too small for you. You should have a thumb's space between your longest toe and the front of theshoe to avoid black toes.

Current Mood - Mad

I just got back from my college to hand up some few document ie medical check up, X-Ray and some personal details. Thank god that was settle!

2nd task, PTPTN form.....,


So today is actually the last day to hand up that form...Ok that was my fault for sending my form last minute..Kakak tu marah2 because some of the details is not compeleted..Ya laaaa! Mana la aku nak tau kod istitusi semua tu! And some of the details I write in pencil..Including my daddy sign and my mama sign...She asked me to erased it all and write in pen!

Ok...How am I going to copy my daddy's sign and my mama's sign? Hahaha. So at the end...., I didn't hand up that form. I am abit mad actually....Tapi nak buat mcm mana kan? Lgpun kakak tu was abit rude to me..And yes I know it is my fault. So, takpe la.. I don't really mind not getting loans for my studies...

"Haa..Itu la...,pandai2 nak send form tu last minute.." I am abit mad at myself laaah!! Arggghhhh

Off Day

I went to gym today. Wanted to join RPM class, but it was full. I am annoyed about that very much. I was late for only 1 sec! 1 sec!! Can you belive that? Haihhh..

For that one hour of free time, I ran on treadmill for about 43minutes - 4km51m. Takkan nak waste time doing nothing kot kaan. Hehehhe!

Body Pump was my first class today. Very challenging laaah! I am trying to stick with the weight I am using now. My muscles is getting bigger each day. Hahaha... Perasan nye!

Body Jam was my second class. I dig that Crazy In Love By Jay-z and Beyonce movement. It was ssssizlin' hoot man!

I went to parade today to search for an Adidas Women Running Supernova Baggy Short.....But World of Sport doesnt have it. Ashame laah! Haish..I will probably go to SACC mall to visit their store to hunt for the right stuff.

I was free from morning to evening. So, I get to watched couple of movies....

(There is no poster for those movies in yahoo...So, I no longer try to search them. But Code Name: The Cleaner make me laugh alot. Hehehe! D.E.B.S is about 4 agent and one of them is a lesbian..So, I am not really into it but I was dead bored and got nothing else to watch. So...Tgk je laa..)

I am not going to list down the thing I ate today because today is my off day. Iskk....Org keje pun ade cuti! Org is cutting down unhealty food pun ade cuti! Muahahhaa..

Eventho I am cutting down some of the oily and fatty food, I still feel fat. Hmm......Tak best nye!!

I didn't get the chance to update my blog on 11 may 07 because my monitor went crazy on me..So later that evening my daddy baught a new samsung wide screen monitor but still I can't surf the net because my brother was on the internet all day..I waited until 2am 12 may 07 and he is still on the net..So I decided to go to sleep because that morning I have to attend kursus for L (that 6jam punya kursus sgt bosan) all they did was explain some useless stuff and know how to change the tire and show all of the parts in the engine! dah la panas..atap zink pulak tu! ahha..that took place in bangi..so i get home probably at5pm like that and still cant online because my brother was on the net..and at certain time I really wish I have my own laptop/desktop for me alone! with my own internet connection! :( baaah! soo..malam2 sikit baru ade chance nak online! hah..itu pun this blogger thing ade problem..cannot sign in! aiyoo..yesterday I was pretty damn not in a mood..with that so much problem in my mind this few days which only my fren sara know and at some point, I really burst it out..I couldn't take in anymore..I am so frustrated this couple of days and nothing could or nobody could helped me..anyhow I am gratefull to have someone there for me to let it out..thanks sara! it is sunday and it is 11.17am and I got nothing to do..I am going to surf the net now..byeee take care everyone!

confiusion day

I don't know why..but my mind is very badly messed up..come to think of it I don't have any stable mood today, I get mad at my family for nothing..haaaah! tak tahu kenape laaa..Maybe about this house I wanted to stay kot..Hmm, kan Im study dkat wangsa maju, (Malaysia Institude of Intergritive Media) so..It is a million mile from where Im staying..well, not very far lah kan! but could u really imagin if i had to ulang alik from Subang Jaya to wangsa maju? Dah laa jaaam! tak laraat aku..That's the reason why my friend & I wanted to find affordable & comfortable house for us to rent! but the thing is..kami tak carik lagie! and seriously have no idea nak carik mcm mane..kete pun takdak..they do provide us hostel, but..cube fikir, rm200/month..9ppls in the appartment..gile tak gile la kalau mcm tu..argghhh! HELPP! mcm mane niee? :( I seriously felt like crying cause I dont know how to settle all this! dah la..see whatever happens, happens laa..

Today I went to gym..I did 5minutes on the treadmill because I wanted to warm up for Body Pump..The thing is, before I join Body Pump.. I have to warm up..Kalau tak, later when I do the squat track my leg will be shacking like hell..so warm up if very important for me! :D After Body Pump as usual, I join Body Step;) the instructor pun bole tahan..JJ was the replacement for teoh..Hmm,then I join Body Jam bebeeh! heheh..;) but the step dah boring so I just dance like i was on extacy..After that I joined Line Dance Funk..I like this class very much, like I said on my previous blog, I will join line dance more often..hehe;) this is the class we have to remember the choreograph..to me, I really love to learn new choreograph..and understand them fully..and that is just me ;) at certain point I dont know why but the instructor asked "you learn hiphop?" haha..did I dance like hiphop in line dance funk? lol..cannot say anything but just angguk! :D but yeah.. I do love hiphop songs ;) So four class for today, Body pump, Body Step, Body Jam and Line Dance..It waaas tiring!

Gone fishing

Hmm,well today..Bgn pagi2 dah ade krisis..haihh! buat sakit hati je..and dont really want to talk about it......, then class subject pun dah tukar! itu la..dah lame sgt tak pegi class...padan muka dkat diri sendiri! heehe..nasib ade syafiq who told me class was at 2nd floor..hmm,the class is pretty much bored..nothing interesting really..the student is very showing off their skills being the brightest of all..and alot of them i dont really know about( I meant the subject )..but I am here to studie! basicly the subject we had today, it is all about what is motherboard..about megabyte,gigabyte and so on..dah la..tak nak cite pasal nie! naak cite pasaal fishing! hehehhehe...

My mama, my brother, his girlfriend and I went to fishing at danau biru...here some of the picture ;) (sorry the picture is very bad..sbb im using camera phone)











We reached there around 730pm and finished at 930pm..Sadly, we did not caught any fishes at all..how sick is thaaat? baaah! taak dpt mkn ikaan! :( but it was a very enjoyable day! I had a really bad day in the morning and in return, i had a really great day on the evening..what goes around comes around ey? :)

Group excercise

I didn't do any cardio training today cause I was lazy and my whole body were sore from the day berfore yesterday workout..My abs is so damn sore, and when i caugh my abdomen is very not working together..Baaaaah! No pain, No gain eeey? Hmm..So for today I did Body Step, Body Pump and RPM..Just to get my stamina up! haaaaaa! malas nye nak pegi class besooook! adoyyyh! dah la jauh..jam pulak tuu! kenape la KL nie byk sgt kete? I wish they build a road only for me and my family...muahaha! that would be really fun! haaah..dah la my body sore, esok kene pegi class pulak tu..kesesakan lalu lintas lagie! haiihh..
